Campaign request privacy notice

Updated 5 October 2026. This notice applies to campaign requests on ads.takeapp.in.

Your campaign brief

When you send a request, TakeApp collects your business name and type, contact name, phone, email, selling area, selected plan, CPP target, media budget, notes, creative links and any product photos you upload. We use these details to review your campaign, contact you, agree launch terms and prepare the requested service.

Storage and access

Your brief and uploaded images are stored in TakeApp’s private database on Google Cloud. Images are not published by sending this form. Our authorised operators may access your brief for campaign preparation. We do not automatically fetch the contents of your creative links.

Analytics

This website uses clicks.page analytics to understand page visits and usage. Campaign source and campaign-name parameters may be stored with your brief. Third-party analytics may process browser and page usage information under their own privacy policies.

Sharing and publication

Approved creatives and product information may be shared with Meta and used on your storefront once the launch is agreed. Sending the brief alone does not publish your website or activate an ad campaign.

Your choices

To request a correction or deletion of your campaign brief, contact orrogroup.hq@gmail.com with your request reference. Do not upload customer lists, payment card details, passwords or private identity documents to this form.
